About

I am 45 years old and I have composed electronic music for almost 27 years. I bought my first synthesizer in the autum 1982. It was a monophonic synthesizer named Kawai. I was very impressed by the ability to create sounds from this simple synthesizer. The first year I created sounds and build music from the sounds. This was the beginning of a great passion for electronic music.

In 1984 I bought the newly released Yamaha DX7. I learned to program the DX7 and explore the possibilities with digital FM-syntesis. I am still using that wonderfull machine and the DX7 is still the base instrument in my music and I will never stop using it.

I spend much time learning each piece of equipment I use. That way I can get the must of it. In my opinion there is no bad equipment only bad users. The sound you can get out of a Yamaha DX7 is fantastic.

I have also bought a used Yamaha EX7 in the winter of 2008/2009. This workstation is really fantastic and I have just started to discover how I can get to must out of it.

My influenses are composers like Ralph Lundsten, Philip Glass, Vangelis and Kitaro. People that know how to use equipment they have in the studio to make good music.
